ALL IN THE PROCESS
The build process starts with taking the motorcycle back to its foundation, removing every component before the careful process of refinement and reassembly begins. Bringing through the colour coded components is always a satisfying part of the process, and sets the scene for the overall build. With the structure in place, focus shifts to the performance components — engine, cockpit, and controls — all coming together, ready for the first start.
REFINED IN DETAIL, VICIOUS IN CHARACTER
ENGINE PERFORMANCE
Viper takes the Low Rider S platform and pushes it into a far more aggressive performance category. At the heart of the build is the S&S 475 cam, supported by an S&S Stealth high-flow intake system finished with the teardrop air cleaner cover. The result is a sharper, more responsive power delivery with stronger acceleration through the mid-range and a deeper, more purposeful tone under load. The audio is taken care of with this slick TBR 2-into-1, blacked-out to stay subtle and provide higher flow for more power.
COCKPIT – CONTROL & COMFORT MEET SOPHISTICATION
The Performance Machine Phatbar riser and moto bar setup completely reshape the stock feel, bringing a more commanding stance, sharper leverage, and a ride that feels instantly more alive in your hands without losing long-haul comfort. The matching gauge relocation kit tightens everything up at the front end, pulling the visual clutter away and leaving a cockpit that feels minimal, purposeful, and factory-finished in execution.
ODI Hart-Luck lock-on grips, black mini levers, and upgraded rider controls sharpen every interaction point, while Harley-Davidson 80-grit rider and passenger footpegs add both grip and a tougher visual finish.
The cockpit is completed with a Drag Specialties Performance Predator 2-up Seat with red double diamond stitching, tying in both comfort and performance-focused styling.
COLOUR-WAY & FINE DETAIL AESTHETICS
A Vivid Black finish runs through the engine, covering hardware to create a clean, monochromatic base. From there, Hemotoxin Red cuts through the build in all the right places — the lower rockers, pushrod tubes, and lower tappet covers — adding contrast and drawing attention to the engine’s form and detail.
That same colours are brought in across the switchblocks and fuel cap surround, subtly linking the cockpit back into the heart of the machine. It’s a restrained, intentional colour-way that feels unified from front to back. Screamin’ Eagle red spark plug leads complete the motor’s detailing, reinforcing the performance focus.
BRAKING PERFORMANCE
To support the upgraded engine package, Viper features a full braking upgrade centred around GBrakes floating front and rear rotors paired with upgraded braided brake lines. The setup delivers improved braking feel, stronger consistency under load, and a firmer lever response compared to the factory system
