Thank you for shopping with us! These terms and conditions govern the use of the Coast Harley-Davidson E-commerce website, including your purchases, freight services, and in-store collection options. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Terms

• Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and prices, but errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and cancel orders if necessary.
• Modification of Terms: We may revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The latest version will be posted on this page.

2. Orders and Payment

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, Afterpay and other secure payment options as listed at checkout.
• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If there are any issues with your order, you will be contacted via the provided contact details.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in NZ$ and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping and Freight

• Freight Services: Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times will vary dependent on the size of the products and the delivery address you provide.
  • Freight for Larger Items: Some larger or heavier products may require an alternative freight service and therefore can take longer to process.
  • Delivery Delays: We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience with shipping delays. Unfortunately, these delays often arise after your order has been sent, and are out of our control.
• Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within New Zealand.  If you live outside New Zealand and buying from us is really important to you please email us at contact@coasthd.co.nz to discuss options and prices, as there maybe some exceptions.
• Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at contact@coasthd.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the order for assistance.

4. In-Store Collection

We offer the option to collect your online purchases from both East Coast Harley-Davidson, Mt Maunganui and Capital Coast Harley-Davidson, Wellington.

Store Collection Terms

• Collection: At checkout simply select the “collect in store” option and the store you wish to collect from. Our store locations are:

East Coast Harley-Davidson

52 Hewletts Road

Mt Maunganui 3116.

and

Capital Coast Harley-Davidson

47-53 Hutt Road

Thorndon

Wellington 6035.

 

Availability: Some orders may have products ordered from both stores. If you are collecting from one store and your order is split between stores the time frame may be longer. We will notify your when your complete order is ready to collect.

Collection Timeframe: You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection, typically within 1-2 business days. Please allow for additional time during holidays or peak periods. Products which are required to be ordered in to store will require a longer time frame and you will be notified of the estimated ETA for collection.

• Identification: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email when collecting your purchase.

5. Warranty

• Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Please refer to the product description for warranty details or contact one of our staff if you are unsure or the warranty is not listed.
• If you believe your product is defective or faulty, contact us at contact@coasthd.co.nz or 0800 4 COAST HD to arrange an inspection for repair or replacement as per the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Coast Harley-Davidson is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the website, products, or services.
